INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Calculator inputs: All calculations — loan amounts, SIP values, SWP parameters — are processed entirely in your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store any financial figures you enter into our calculators.
Contact form submissions: When you use our Contact Us form, we collect your name (optional), email address, and message content. This data is transmitted via EmailJS to our designated inbox.
Usage analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location (city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry or feedback. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Analytics data helps us understand how our tools are used so we can improve them for everyone.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
EmailJS: We use EmailJS to process and transmit contact form submissions. When you submit a form, your data (name, email, message) is sent to and stored on EmailJS servers, in addition to being forwarded to our inbox. EmailJS independently retains submission logs on their platform. We periodically review and delete these logs. Please refer to the EmailJS Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.
Google Analytics: We use GA4 to collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
DATA RETENTION
Inbox emails from contact forms are deleted within 90 days. EmailJS platform logs are cleared from our dashboard within 90 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default).
Calculator data is never retained — it is processed only in your browser and never transmitted to any server.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request deletion of your data by emailing contact@tekproai.com. We will respond within 7 business days and action deletion within 30 days.
This policy is consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We collect only the minimum data necessary and use it only for the stated purposes.
